Q: How is the artwork shipped?

A: If shipping is necessary, pieces will be packed and sent through a professional shipping company like "Mailboxes, Etc." in order to prevent damage to the artwork. All artwork will be insured. The cost of shipping will be added to the overall price of the piece. Artwork in stock will be shipped within 7-10 business days. International buyers must first contact J. Alley to receive a shipment plan before purchasing artwork on paypal.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: J. Alley does not accept returns on original art. J. Alley prides herself in taking the highest quality photos of her art work. The satisfaction from your choice of J. Alley's art work greatly matters to her. If you have any questions about colors in any of the original paintings throughout the site please feel free to contact J. Alley to ask any and all questions before purchasing. The measurements of each painting are clearly stated. All works are professionally packaged with the utmost care. All artwork is shipped fully insured.
If a work is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when the carrier delivers it - REFUSE the package and make sure that the driver notes any and all damage to the package. Your money will be refunded in full when any damage occurs during shipping.

Q: Do you accept personal offers on your art work?

A: Throughout the site you may use the contact page to offer J. Alley your best offer on any original abstract painting, mixed media art work, or fine art giclee print. Click on contact in the upper right hand corner and email J. Alley. Please remember to include your full contact information. Reasonable offers are considered and responded to promptly.
